From start to finish, Stephen was amazing. He went above and beyond. His expertise in the industry was such a benefit to us. Our hotels pre and post the cruise were spot on exactly what we would like. We had issues with the cruise (due to Viking) and he stayed in touch with us to make sure we were ok. Could not ask for a better partner in travel!

Stephen was able to make this trip go so smoothly! We needed a booking relatively last minute and Stephen was able to get it set up with transportation in no time. The process was easy and quick and the resort and activities he suggested were amazing! Stephen was able to get us some fantastic perks at the resort that there was no way we would have had otherwise - upgraded room! Free breakfast! I have never worked with an agent before, but I will never not work with one again!

Going the extra mile!

Stephen did an amazing job helping us plan and complete our travel plans. We had a couple of bumps in the road due to Covid and he was able to assist us in rearranging our travel dates. He worked closely with the cruise line by staying in contact with them to determine our best options. He then was able to work with them to reschedule our original trip to a later time due to Covid. We are so grateful and appreciative of all the hard work and time he spent making sure we were finally able to complete our travel plans. The cruise was a success and we enjoyed it so much. Stephen is always quick to respond or reply if we had question or issues. We have referred several of our friends to him also.

Perfect Paris Trip-

Stephen was a dream to work with! He made my husband and me feel like VIPs during our recent visit to Paris. Stephen advised us of a fun neighborhood to stay in, (away from tourist areas), which allowed us to be more submersed into the local culture. From flight arrangements to a hotel with the perfect vibe for our personalities, Stephen's guidance ensured a wonderful trip. He even had a personal note waiting in our hotel room to greet us after check-in...the welcome bottle of wine and macaroons were an extra special touch :)

Kauai Honeymoon-

My wife and I had a great honeymoon in Kauai, thanks to the help of Stephen! He organized a shuttle service for us to and from the airport, as well as a fantastic room at the Koa Kea resort with some special amenities thrown in. We look forward to his services again in the future.

Always Choose Good Service-

One of a Kind-

Stephen sent us on a trip of a lifetime to Ireland. We discussed our goals for the trip and he spent significant time considering options for us. He set up luxury accommodations and made sure we had the activities we wanted, including private drivers and tour guides, as well as suggestions for additional options. He added thoughtful touches that made us feel special and made sure to check in with us while we were there. He was able to adjust our schedule as our plans changed last minute. I have traveled extensively before, but Stephen is now my go-to for any luxury vacation. One of a kind!

At the last minute (2weeks before scheduled time off), I decided to go to the French Polynesian islands. Stephen got everything arranged within 1-2 days. I had the trip of a lifetime!!
