Step 1:

Discovering your travel style – Our first step will be a discovery phone call to get to know each other and clarify your travel needs. This call usually takes 15 -30 minutes so that we both have a good understanding of how we will work together.  What you are looking for in your next trip? What was your favorite trip and why? These are just a few of the things we will talk about during our first discussion.

Step 2:

Designing your travel – What does this trip look for you? Is it something simple like a great hotel that Now and Zen Travel can instantly add VIP treatment to your reservation? Finding the perfect cruise or a more complex itinerary that requires lots of details and connections to make sure every detail is taken care of for you. This is where our affiliation with Virtuoso comes into play. We work with people in every corner of the globe. Our industry connections guarantee access to some of the best trips, hotels, and VIP experiences around the world.

If you want to use frequent flyer miles, you should check availability before you make any commitments to other travel elements.

Step 3:

Reserving your travel – After we have identified the right trip at the right price, the booking process begins. It is now all about dates, details and deadlines. Our job is to take the stress out of travel planning by attending to every detail, so you can relax and enjoy the fun! We’ll collect additional information (personal data for all travelers, etc.), payment for deposits and applicable trip planning fees to book your vacation.

Air fares and availability can vary considerably, so we’ll only research airfare once you’re ready to purchase it. We’ll also ask you confirm in writing that the passenger information, dates and itineraries are correct before we purchase any tickets.

Of course, at any stage before, during and after your vacation, we’ll be there for you to answer your questions.

About four weeks before your vacation, we’ll review all details of your vacation that we’ve arranged for you and then send you all required travel documents and your custom mobile departure pack, and other reference materials that will help you have an amazing trip.

Step 4:

Keeping an eye on your travel – While you are off on your vacation, we continue to work in the background on your behalf – connecting with our colleagues who are taking care of you on your trip, smoothing any bumps in the road, and finding little ways to make your journey special.

Step 5:

Back to reality – Before reality takes over again and those memories fade, I hope we can have a chat about your experience – what you loved, what you might have changed, and things that we both learned along the way that can enhance your next adventure.
