To allow us to provide you with the highest level of service, Now and Zen Travel charges the following non-refundable fees:

• Itinerary Planning and Booking Fee:

Fees vary based on complexity from $250 to $500 per itinerary which would include the arrangement of a personalized travel experience on your behalf - inclusive of planning services for all related accommodations, activities, excursions, dining, and transportation.

• Concierge Services-$60 per hour

• Group travel please contact Now and Zen Travel for pricing

• Airfare: $35 Domestic per person/ per reservation

  $75 to $150 International per person/ per reservation

  Frequent Flier Redemption (American Airlines Only) $150 per passenger

•  Airline Cancellation or Change Fee:

•  $50 per person per reservation

Cancellation Administration Fee:

• Cancellation of the land itinerary: $75 per person per reservation

Change Administration Fee:

• First change: Fee Waived

• Subsequent changes: $50 per person per reservation
